Hilda Gladys Caine was the name of my mother. From when I was three weeks old she had to take me to the Buderhof against her will! My granfather Josef Christopher Caine and my granmother Gladys Caine nee Johnson took me to the farm owned by the Bruderhof near Ashton Caynes Witshire, in the car owned by the British Army. As an officer in the British Army in May 1939 my granfather did not like 'Pcifists and Germans, so he forced my mother to carry me accros a field to the Bruderhof, that traumatised her for the rest of her life!!!!! In February 1941 I was transported to Paraguay, she remained in Nottingham U.K. where I was born. The night before 'we' left was the first time that Liverpool from where we left was bombed. 12/02/1941
